- Set-up and operate multiple CNC Machines (Milling, Lathe, EDM);
- Programming is an asset;
- Follow and comply with all AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing and quality standards, regulations, legislative and customer requirements to ensure highest standards are maintained;
- Ability to read and interpret drawings;
- Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments;
- Keep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment;
- Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies;
- Perform other duties as instructed or required to successfully complete the job
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated ability to set up and operate CNC's mills, lathes or EDMs;
- The ability to interpret results from CMM;
- Motivated to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Willingness to cross train on other types of machinery is an asset;
- Mastercam, Solidworks and Esprit programming knowledge is an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of tooling, gauges and the ability to operate and understand precision measuring tools;
- Effectively communicate information with managers and other employees, both verbal and in writing;
- Able to work under pressure
- Basic security clearance (Controlled Goods Program);
- Own steel toe safety shoes
