Put simply, we work to reduce business expenses for our clients. Too many take their business expenses as written in stone - we know better. Our Cost Reduction Consultants look over our clients' bills, and look for ways to save them money.

Schooley Mitchell's business model is unique; we make our money by saving our clients money.

There are only two possible outcomes:

  • We identify savings for them, with our fee coming from a portion of those savings.
  • We find no savings, and they rest assured knowing their business expenses are as lean as possible costing them nothing to do so.


What you would be doing is promoting our cost reduction consulting services to potential clients; explaining what we do, and how we can help.

On successful calls, you would book a future appointment for one of our consultants to take it from there; bonus compensation is awarded for successful appointment bookings.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Primarily, make approximately outbound calls a day to discuss the services we offer to our clients, and generate appointments for our sales team
  • Educating Prospects on our cost reduction consulting services by following sales scripts/guidelines.
  • Keeps work area neat and clean.
  • Maintain detailed records of all calls, as well as follow up information.
  • Accurately set up appointments with prospective customers
  • Communicate professionally with potential customers and/or clients.

Details of the Position

  • Fulltime; Monday to Friday, working from 9am to 5pm, with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch
- $17.50 per hour

Bonuses awarded for appointments scheduled

  • Excellent customer service skills and comfortable making cold calls to new people all day.
  • Possesses an energetic, professional, and friendly demeanour.
  • Personable, enjoy helping others.
  • Ability to quickly build a rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written; speaking clearly and with confidence.
  • Enjoy a fastpaced team environment.
  • Selfmotivated and goalorientated.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude and move on to the next call.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Highly organized, working well under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with inside sales, cold calling, telemarketing and/or call centres is considered an asset.
