Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sudbury

Responsabilities

Book client appointments and ensure deliveries are coordinated accordingly;
Dispatch efficiently local P&D drivers;
Supervise warehouse and loading dock operations;
Maximize space by building double layers;
Coordinate driver's and forklift operator's timesheet for payroll;
Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs;
Any other task related to the proper operation of the terminal.

Requested skills

Having forklift operators license or avanced knowledge with;
Class AZ drivers license would be an asset;
Dock operations experience for a minimum of 2 years;
Experience performing dispatching;
Experience with managing employee and teamwork coordination.
