Part-Time/Cleaner -Couple
Part time /Cleaner-Couple is required to take over the day-to-day operations.

The Part time/cleaner-Couple will be our client's customer service ambassador and be responsible to take care of the needs of the Residents located at
St.

Thomas

Duties Include but not limited to:

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean and disinfect surfaces in restrooms.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and punctual.
