KEY REPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing tax planning and forecasting to optimize the organization's tax position
Managing tax audits and inquiries, and representing the organization to tax authorities
Providing guidance and advice on tax implications of business decisions and transactions
Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations and ensuring the organization's compliance
Collaborating with internal teams to integrate tax considerations into business processes and decisions
Evaluating and implementing tax technology solutions to streamline tax processes and enhance efficiency
Leading and developing a team of tax professionals to support the organization's tax objectives Communicating taxrelated information to internal stakeholders and senior management

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
Extensive experience in tax compliance and planning
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
Proven track record of managing a tax team and leading taxrelated projects
Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and senior management
Experience with tax technology and software Continuous professional development and staying updated with tax law changes
