C|Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine, an award-winning upscale restaurant located in the Century Plaza Hotel, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate
Sales & Event Coordinator with food & beverage sales experience.

The Sales & Event Coordinator will be responsible for all promotion and marketing of C|Prime. They will consistently pursue and generate new business opportunities and ensure repeat business, to help maximize sales and revenue.

They will also be the point-of-contact for all restaurant group and event business, ensuring an outstanding group guest experience from start to finish.

This is a full-time, on-site role.

C|Prime Modern Italian Steak and Wine is an upscale fine dining restaurant with sophisticated approach to authentic Italian cuisine.

Incorporating hints of New York City, C|Prime delivers incredible food in a fashionable atmosphere, located in the Century Plaza Hotel in the heart of downtown Vancouver.


Requirements:


  • A minimum of 23 years' experience inSales, Marketing and Promotions for the Restaurant industry;
  • Has experience in hotel food & beverage sales;
  • A solid knowledge of advertising, promotions and strategies;
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office, and the Microsoft Windows environment in general;
  • A strong ability to prospect and effectively connect with clients, to provide answers, ideas and suggestions to best help with their needs;
  • Outstanding communications skills with both colleagues and clients;
  • A positive, enthusiastic "gogetter" type of enthusiasm, and a desire to succeed;
  • A high level of workplace professionalism;
  • Superior attention to detail, flexibility, and efficient multitasking;
  • The ability to legally work in Canada;

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
