Growth Support Specialist - Edmonton, Canada - RSM US LLP
Description
The Growth Support Specialist is responsible for collaborating with engagement leaders, internal market development teams, and business development professionals to support all aspects of line of business and industry marketing and growth activities.
They are responsible for coordinating and utilizing growth platform tools to support marketing and business development initiatives, including but not limited to go-to-market, launch and pursuit teams, market-facing sponsorships and events, marketing campaigns, maintenance of data quality, and preparation of proposals and pursuit deliverables.
The Growth Support Specialist will collaborate with engagement leaders to produce brand- and risk-compliant proposals and pursuit deliverables.
Responsibilities:
1) Coordinate growth strategy with go-to-market, launch and pursuit teams, relationship leaders, business developers, and other internal market development teams such as Internal Marketing and Communications, National Data, and the North American Pursuit and Proposal teams.
- Develop team structure and keep stakeholders on the same page while prepping for meetings and driving the pursuit process
- Actively engage with CRM platform to monitor growth and relationship activity tracking and due dates
- Perform research to enhance pursuit efforts
- Maintain database of marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations
- Create and coordinate delivery of pursuit deliverables
- Serve as liaison and point of contact between gotomarket, launch and pursuit teams and market development managers
- Coordinate activities and manage relationships with various trade and industry groups
- Provide local support for marketfacing events
- Maintain working knowledge of systems, tools, and resources that may be beneficial to
- Entering, tracking, and reporting of all eCRM activities
- Provide ad hoc reporting on marketing and related activities as requested
- Assist gotomarket, launch and pursuit teams and growth initiatives by managing growth dashboard
- Conduct research on targets and pursuit companies; assist with development of account plans
- Track key demographic information
- Development of sales pipeline
4) Review pursuit deliverables to monitor brand and risk compliance and quality assurance standards while ensuring adherence to Associated Press (AP) and RSM styles, proper formatting, and firm branding guidelines.
6) Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- Degree or equivalent experience in related field
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS (required)
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of tools, resources and technology required with assigned responsibilities
- Some experience with customer relationship management software
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to learn other platforms (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics)required
- Strong grammar and proofreading knowledge
- Effective organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
EXPERIENCE
- 13 years' relevant experience in a related field or area
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects of low to moderate risk
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
