TC's In-Store Marketing (ISM) division specializes in Promotional POP, Corrugate Display, Permanent Display & Store Décor (above 8ft Signage) and Installation.

TC ISM operates in 3 primary manufacturing facilities across Ontario, as well as out of a 3 secondary fulfillment centers, and a satellite manufacturing location in Calgary.

About this opportunity

Reporting to Installation Manager, the In-Store Installation Project Manager will function as a key liaison between the sales and manufacturing teams.

The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all client installation projects through client briefing & project development, quoting, planning and other services for small and large display projects.

This position will be headquartered in Brampton but will primarily work from their home office.

What you will do

Manage instore installation programs and schedules for scale client projects;
Work with various departments including with onsite personnel and production teams to ensure project success through good communication on Client deliverables.
Responsible to understand and execute the complete scope of work and ensures all budgets and timelines are met;
May be required to attend installation of displays and instore environments (which can require travel to stores in some cases);
Continuously strive to develop and tweak installation processes;
Maintain invoicing for all projects, including capture of all additional billable charges;
Prioritize workload when faced with multiple requests and changing business dynamics;
Work as part of a team, follow and adhere to Transcontinental's code of ethics and participate in the Continuous Improvement efforts;
Fully understand and adhere to all relevant Environmental, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Quality, Security and Company policies and procedures;
Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario, the Workplace Safety Insurance Act and all other applicable legislated, environmental, health & safety regulations.

What you have to offer

Postsecondary education with minimum three (3) years related experience in instore signage installation and project management;
Knowledge of instore marketing execution and digital print process and substrates;
Superior oral and written communications skills and organizational skills
Some travel is required for site visits.
Need to be able to read and understand production drawings and architectural drawings.
Ability to multitask.
Flexible work hours. Will need to be available for overnight installation initiatives.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, handling multiple jobs simultaneously & managing prioritization of issues on a daily basis.
