We are looking for a Sales Operations Support Specialist to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Sales Operations Support Specialist will provide overall system, administrative and data management support to our sales team. Assist the Business Development teams to identify growth opportunities, prioritize sales efforts, and enhance sales team performance.

Reporting to Director, Business Development, other highlights include:

  • Set up pipeline process for Voice of Customer, to support Product Team's enhancement planning, including meeting 1:1 with key customers in each division to identify pain points and future needs.
  • Collect data for QBR (Quality Business Review) process and content with Sales to deliver key results and insights to Customers.
  • Develop ongoing sales communications for Customers in collaboration with Product (key value messaging) and Operations (processes) in both French and English.
  • Provide internal, crossfunctional administrative support for the sales team in either English or French.
  • Work with Product, Sales, and Finance to communicate KPI dashboard reporting to share Customer and financial progress against targets.
  • Negotiate annual contract, maintenance, managing licenses, system releases and upgrades.
  • Manage and track renewal dates for current contracts, maintenance, and license agreements.
  • Maintain and audit account assignments and territory accuracy.
  • Conducts research and provides support to ensure completeness of the RFP response process and meeting deadlines by facilitating the gathering and documentation of responses with other business units, entering information into Loopio or other RFP tracking system.
  • Coordinate office activities including social and team events, holiday parties, supplies and technology pick up / return, Occupational Health Committees
  • Provide administrative support to various executive level positions (assist with preparing reports, presentations)
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, ordering swag, literature, banners.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.

What you'll need:

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 35 years past experience.
  • Past demonstrated experience with administrative support for sales or inside sales.
  • Fluency in English and French language both written and verbal.
  • Event planning and management would be considered an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce software including report generation or analytics.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally within the organization.
