The wage range for this role is $57,639 - $72,049 per year.

A clear view of your assets

You have excellent communication skills in English.
You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.
Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
You are a natural leader, knowing how to persuade and mobilize your team towards your vision and in the achievement of objectives.
You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
You are organized, selfdisciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.

Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday (early mornings & late evenings on surgery days), and occasional Saturdays as needed (to support the team).

Required: You are comfortable traveling to the head office or other clinics for training (_expenses covered by Vision Group_).
