As the Parts Picker, you will work under the direction and guidance of others to perform general duties such as shipping, ordering, receiving, logging, and organizing parts and equipment.

Your attention to detail and conscientious efforts will support the team's efforts in providing high levels of timely and accurate service to each other and to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Freight coding and costing
  • Accept other responsibilities as required to support the company's business needs.
  • Support parts counter, yard, and other departments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Shipping and receiving, logging, and tracking of general inbound/outbound freight.
  • General inventory stock management.
  • Shipping and customs document creation, tracking, and filing.
  • Assist in processing yearly and interim returns in accordance with Vendor policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Superb customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a group environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and hours if required.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive, heavyduty parts warehousing;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and capable of standing or sitting for long periods of time at different desk or counter heights and on varying surfaces.
  • Operate forklift, and pallet jacks in indoor and outdoor environments (training will be provided).
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving is an asset.
  • 23 years of experience in warehousing and distribution environments is a plus.
  • Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by related training and experience.
  • Valid B.C. Driver's License. Must be able to produce a driver's abstract upon request.

Benefits and Perks
- $24.76 per hour depending on the experience and qualifications
