Specifically, the Carpenter will:

Read blueprints and establish the layout including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, and measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions
Check completed units to be sure they meet quality standards
Follow national and local building codes and all safety regulations
Experience with wood framing and backings, concrete forming, establish layouts, placing of concrete, etc.
Adhoc tasks needing completion at the worksite

Requirements:

Journeyman Carpenter (ticketed) or nonticketed with significant experience
5+ years experience in carpentry while in a commercial construction environment
Aerial lift ticket, fall protection certification and skid steer experience required
Knowledge and experience in safety aspects while working in commercial construction setting
Selfdirected individual, who follows direction while leading by example
Must have own basic tools
