Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the New Hire Onboarding Program
- Assist with the Mentorship Program
- Coordinate Global Learning Competitions
- Design, plan and facilitate training sessions for individual contributors and leaders
- Provide training support including the maintenance of training records, organizing materials and logistics for sessions, and responding to transcript requests
- Provide support to employees with our Learning Management System
- Review and test new Workday and LMS features
- Draft HR Communications, website content development and internal articles
- Event coordination and support including organization, registration, logistics, and communications
- Support Global Talent Development programs, projects and initiatives as needed
- College Diploma and/or University Degree in Human Resources, English, Business, or a related discipline
- 13 years' experience working in HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about talent management and career development of employees/leaders
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and WebEx
- Excellent attention to detail and well organized
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines for multiple, simultaneous projects
- Creative, selfmotivated team player with strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
- Pursuing HR designation
- Interest and technical skills in graphic design, video editing, web development and related tools
