Our Division is looking to fill the following positions:

SUMMER GROUNDSPERSON (Several Positions)

Responsibilities:

Planting/pruning of shrubs, flowers, vines, trees.
Trimming weeds, shrub/flower bed maintenance.
Picking up debris/garbage.
Cutting and aerating lawns.
Preparing sports fields.
Some painting of playground equipment and repairs.
Fence maintenance, repair and painting.

Qualifications:

College/University Students.
Previous experience would be an asset.
Must have and maintain a valid Manitoba Driver's License.

EMPLOYMENT PERIOD:
May 15 to August 25, 2023 (approximately).

HOURS OF WORK: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

RATE OF PAY:
$14.55 to $15.25 per hour + 4% vacation pay
