Summary:


  • The Player Development Host is a highly visible presence on the Casino Floor and is responsible for developing and maintaining the highest rapport with guests and developing customer relations. The Player Development host will promote an energetic and exciting experience for all guests while consistently maintaining professionalism, integrity, and respect for privacy. Shift work and travel to and from other Casino sites to work events, or for training is a part of this position. Liaises and communicates with
  • General Manager/Casino Host & Player Development Team/PURE Players Club Booth/Corporate Marketing.

Job Duties:


  • Ensure achievement of the assign Business Volume target (Drop and Coin In)
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data, to determine player development departmental progress towards determined goals and objectives
  • Administers and provides player reports for the Player Development Manager
  • To complete and coordinate goals and plans to grow table games and slot revenue.
  • Following up with and conducting calls with players to ensure consistent new and return traffic to the casino.
  • Sign up new members to our loyalty programs
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with patrons and team members
  • Greet and provide VIP patrons with exceptional services
  • Make cold calls to potential patrons
  • Invite patrons to company organized events, promotions, tournaments, etc.
  • Assist patrons in enrolling for events, tournament, dinner, etc.
  • Evaluate market reactions to the new offers, point programs etc.
  • Periodically assemble patron's feedback in relation to the company service, products, etc. for management review
  • Pay attention to market trends & new business opportunities
  • Make recommendation to management on new market opportunity
  • Ensure harmony amongst team members
  • Assist fellow team members with their sales tactic and/or cold call technique
  • Ensure all Player Development team abide by the company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • University / College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration preferred
  • Casino experience preferred
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an energetic and upbeat personality
  • Must be flexible and willing to work days, evenings and weekends, as per business needs
  • Bilingual/Foreign languages preferred but optional
