offers settlement services to newcomers to Canada, operates 2 overnight camps and 16 Health & Fitness
branches across Southwestern Ontario, and we have been making a positive difference in the
communities we serve for over 50 years

Position:
Recruitment Specialist

Location:
Hybrid role 2 days per week on site in the London area

Start Date:

ASAP

Salary:
$46-52K

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain job postings and coordinate advertising vacancies
Book and attend relevant career fairs
Conduct resume review, telephone screening and face to face interviewing either virtually or in

- person

Assess and utilize psychometric testing where appropriate and ensure validity and reliability of

- the tools

Conduct reference checks and educational verification where required
Prepare and present offer letters
Conduct physical demands analysis when required
Research and coordinate optimization of any recruitment related grant opportunities
Be committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and building a sense of belonging

Education and Skills Qualifications:

Completion of a recruitment related postsecondary program
Minimum 3 years experience in a recruitment role
Management experience an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Completion of or working towards a CHRP designation is preferred
Legally entitled to work in Canada
