offers settlement services to newcomers to Canada, operates 2 overnight camps and 16 Health & Fitness
branches across Southwestern Ontario, and we have been making a positive difference in the

Position:
Recruitment Specialist
Location:
Hybrid role 2 days per week on site in the London area
Start Date:
ASAP
Salary:
$46-52K
As part of your total compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain job postings and coordinate advertising vacancies
- Book and attend relevant career fairs
- Conduct resume review, telephone screening and face to face interviewing either virtually or in
- person
- Assess and utilize psychometric testing where appropriate and ensure validity and reliability of
- the tools
- Conduct reference checks and educational verification where required
- Prepare and present offer letters
- Conduct physical demands analysis when required
- Research and coordinate optimization of any recruitment related grant opportunities

Education and Skills Qualifications:
- Completion of a recruitment related postsecondary program
- Minimum 3 years experience in a recruitment role
- Management experience an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Completion of or working towards a CHRP designation is preferred
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
