Responsibilities:

Alta Equipment Group (also known locally as AULT Industries Inc.) is seeking a full-time

Parts Cusotmer Service Rep. reporting to our
***
Keene

,

Ontario branch.

Assist customers with parts requests
Create sales orders/purchase orders
Run inventory reports
Create new parts into system (data entry)
Occasionally help with shipping/receiving
Communicate effectively with other departments
Some overtime required
Other tasks as deemed necessary

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
12 years experience as CSR
Great written and oral communication
Experience with ERP systems (Business central an advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Driver License
