Responsibilities:

Represent Crystal Creek Homes in a professional manner to ensure a positive experience for our homeowners
Generate and build relationships to identify lead opportunities and set appointments
Provide information to showhome guests on who we are, our communities and product offerings
Gather and log information on perspective clients, sales center traffic and community updates

Required skills and qualifications:

2 years' experience in customer service or retail environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accountability and a strong sense of integrity
Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team

This position requires a personable and outgoing individual with organizational expertise. Availability requirements include both evenings and weekends inclusive of regular showhome hours.
