Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of the production process, from component procurement to final product assembly.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Manage and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams (R&D) to ensure that production processes are optimized for quality and reliability.
  • Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and components, ensuring that production lines have adequate supplies to meet demand.
  • Oversee RMA/Warranty system including repairs and labor/expense tracking as Job Orders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the production process.

Requirements:


  • Technical or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronics assembly processes and manufacturing techniques.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire production teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
