Consisting of two key brands - FASTEN Packaging and Orchard Custom Beauty - IBG helps businesses create quality beauty products.

From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

You will further strengthen and contribute to maintaining the success of the team within IBG and its subsidiaries.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:


  • Produce written packaging copy that adheres to IBG and Customer guidelines
  • Ensure consistency, voice, and tone for all copy
  • Attend kick off meetings and offer insight and expertise on best practices for onpack messaging
  • Develop packaging copy across all categories
  • Ensure all projects meet brand standards and are completed on schedule
  • Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends
  • Closely collaborate with our team to find innovative approaches
  • Use organizational skills to maintain processes that provide structure to workflow of copy within the studio
  • Provide support for other projects as necessary

ABOUT YOU:


  • You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, English or related field
  • 35 years' experience in copywriting
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetic industry
  • You are a creative thinker and are self motivated
