We are looking for a coordinator in the sales team to fill a permanent position.

This position's main responsibility is to support the operational development of our sales partner network.


Responsibilities:


Specifically:

  • Process daily requests from our global partners:
  • Confirm prices and respond to various requests regarding license administration
  • Analyze and offer solutions to submitted issues
  • Approve and create special offers
  • Ensure requests are compliant and the rules of business are applied
  • Coordinate requests with other departments
  • Document new opportunities in the database
  • Provide assistance to partners:
  • Welcome new partners and support them
  • Provide administrative and operational support:
  • Participate in the validation process of peer tasks
  • Update our database (CRM)
  • Perform any other related task

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in administration, or any other relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written
  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with external partners and focused on properly meeting the needs of our partners and our customers
  • Team player
  • Independent, resourceful and highly flexible
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences
  • Knowledge of a CRM tool such as Salesforce (an asset)
