Position/Poste:
Employment Support Worker - On call/Casual, Contract until end of March 2024

Duties/Fonctions:

- provide on-the-job-training to persons with disabilities
- develop job analysis for positions in conjunction with employers
- develop individualized, creative strategies to instruct persons with a disability
- provide employee, employer sensitization, as required
- report writing

Qualifications/Compétences requises:

Degree or diploma in Social Services or related field
Experience in employment counseling or vocational rehabilitation is an asset
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Computer literate (MS Office 2000 and Windows)
Valid driver's license and use of car is necessary
Bilingualism is preferred
