Customer Service Representative - Mississauga, Canada - Royal Auto Collision
Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Administration office duties
- Maintaining customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speedand professionalism
- Handle customer and insurance data entry
- Speak with customers to discuss damages, repair process and timeline and costs.
- Update customers on their repair process and give them correct information on thestatus of his or her repairs
- Prepare and inspect all body shop files for accurate posting and payment beforepickup
- Handle all payments after the repairs are completed
- Close out repair orders
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reportson customer service issues
Qualifications
- 1 + Years' experience working as a receptionist
- 1 Year experience in collision repair
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L4W 1P9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
