Responsibilities Include:


  • Administration office duties
  • Maintaining customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speedand professionalism
  • Handle customer and insurance data entry
  • Speak with customers to discuss damages, repair process and timeline and costs.
  • Update customers on their repair process and give them correct information on thestatus of his or her repairs
  • Prepare and inspect all body shop files for accurate posting and payment beforepickup
  • Handle all payments after the repairs are completed
  • Close out repair orders
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reportson customer service issues

Qualifications

  • 1 + Years' experience working as a receptionist
  • 1 Year experience in collision repair

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L4W 1P9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Customer Service: 3 years (required)
Collision Repair: 2 years (required)
