**Mandate**

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the implementation of new back-office solutions in a multi-company, multi-currency environment
- Define integration points with other systems, and coordinate the development and implementation of all interfaces
- Develop and document new processes in collaboration with the business teams
- Act as the liaison between the business teams and internal and external IT teams
- Translate and document business requirements, operational, and functional requirements
- Manage own workload and priorities, and hold status meetings with management to report on progress
- Perform quality control testing and coordinate/support user acceptance testing
- Lead software selection process for new solutions to be deployed
- Research, identify and recommend new functionality and/or systems to improve team effectiveness
- Support new users on systems and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
- Great team player
- Can work autonomously
- High level of adaptability to change

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (written and spoken)
- Computer Science or Accounting diploma
- Experience with the implementation of an accounting system, ideally Microsoft GP
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of financial systems a large asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plain an asset
- Basic knowledge of Transportation Industry and transportation management systems (an asset)

- Définir les points d'intégration avec d'autres systèmes, et coordonner le développement et la mise en œuvre de toutes les interfaces
- Développer et documenter de nouveaux processus en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales.
- Assurer la liaison entre les équipes commerciales et les équipes informatiques internes et externes.
- Traduire et documenter les exigences commerciales, opérationnelles et fonctionnelles.
- Gérer sa propre charge de travail et ses priorités, et organiser des réunions d'étape avec la direction pour rendre compte de l'avancement des travaux.
- Effectuer des tests de contrôle de la qualité et coordonner/supporter les tests d'acceptation par les utilisateurs.
- Diriger le processus de sélection des logiciels pour les nouvelles solutions à déployer
- Rechercher, identifier et recommander de nouvelles fonctionnalités et/ou systèmes pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'équipe.
- Assister les nouveaux utilisateurs sur les systèmes et les procédures
