Reporting to the Manager Photo Studio, you will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks for the Photo and Video Animation Studio and studio team members to ensure efficient and optimized workflow for the organization's print and digital marketing projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Determining suitability and assignment of photos using various software programs to process multiple dockets and change reports for upcoming print and digital marketing.
- Accurately creating, updating and maintaining an image database.
- Sourcing, shopping and ensuring that products and props are in place for photo and video shoots.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to discuss advertising requirements, investigate missing information, and problemsolve to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Providing images from the internal database on request for Marketing, PFG Partners, Ecommerce, More Rewards and other stakeholders.
- Assisting Food Stylist, Photographer and Videographer as needed with content creation.
- Maintaining the studio's cleanliness and organization.
You have:
- 1 to 2 years in an administrative or assistant position. A professional educational background in one of the visual arts such as video, motion graphics, photography, or graphic design that is illustrated with a portfolio. Proficiency with Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator as well as training/experience related to video, photography, design or social media tools. Experience in a business environment, specifically working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Proficiency working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle (you may be required to travel to a store location for products/props).

$55, $69,500.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
