Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Mortgage Agent Trainer to conduct live video training sessions for newly hired agents.

As a vital part of our training team, you will be instrumental in providing agents with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive in their positions.

Your deep understanding of the mortgage industry, combined with exceptional communication and teaching skills, will be crucial in enhancing our agents' capabilities and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities:

Live Video Training: Deliver interactive and captivating live video training sessions covering a range of topics such as mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, sales strategies, compliance, and best practices to newly hired mortgage agents.
Q&A Sessions: Lead question and answer sessions during and after training sessions to address queries, concerns, and clarify complex concepts for trainees.

Qualifications:

Mortgage Industry Expertise: Extensive background as a mortgage agent and/or underwriter, or a profound knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and best practices.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in video conferencing tools, online learning platforms, and other training technologies to provide seamless live video training experiences.
Nice to have: Experience as a trainer, preferably in a live video or remote training environment.
Nice to have: Coaching and mentoring skills to assist new agents.
