The Retail Support Coordinator provides varied support to Canada corporate office and stores, contributing to the efficient and optimal day to day operations of the business.

This is accomplished through (a) the timely management of the SAP function (creating all vendor payments and processing invoices), as well as maintaining the relationship between vendors, stores, and the LV finance corporate partners, (b) managing the regional office's administrative responsibilities, (c) supporting with regional projects, initiatives, and events, and (d) assisting the Country GM on country objectives as needed.


PROFIL

Purchasing Coordination

  • Develop a full understanding of SAP and become an expert in SAP.
  • Role will support procurement, vendor relationship management and payment process.
  • Requires regular and consistent communication with stores, Country General Manager, Retail Operations Director, regional partners, finance department and vendors.
  • Request creation and modification of vendors.
  • Review Store Managers requests for ondemand purchases and emergencies, contact vendors for quotation/ work order/ estimates.
  • Create NIPS PO's on a yearly basis with multiple lines with the advisement of the budget from the Country GM.
  • Create PO's onneed.
  • Review any issues with PO's or request from stores.

Administration and Office Management

  • Maintain and support Country General Manager with calendar, travel arrangements, expenses, and special projects.
  • Maintain office calendar (including events such as store openings, management meetings, regional initiatives, etc.).
  • Country Budget Preparation and follow up with Country GM, Regional Partners and Finance
  • Management of T&E budgets for the country
  • Pull and analyze system's reporting to support Country GM and function partners in analytical data
  • Monitor and maintain office facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair, replacement of damaged fixtures/furniture, ordering office supplies.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail (general correspondences, UPS, Federal Express, Couriers, etc.).
  • Maintain communication with office property management to ensure facilities are optimal.
  • Support expenses management

Project and Operational Support

  • Support in the organization and execution of operational projects as requested by Country GM, including but not limited to store renovations, store openings, inventory, and BOH initiatives.
  • Support in the organization and execution of regional projects/initiatives, including but not limited two regional meetings, inductions and other trainings, and regional events.
  • Support the on boarding of new leaders through training on the Concur tool as well as store finance responsibilities.
