In response to the increased demand for our services, AMC Consultants is looking for Principal Resource Geologist to join our Vancouver office.

_Specialist skills required:
_
- Mineral Resource Estimations, Technical Due Diligence and Audits.
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
- Report writing, client presentations and peer review.
- Project Management.
- Significant experience in and/or a strong inclination for business development.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with international and public disclosure and reporting codes, including NI 43101, JORC, SAMREC, SME Guide, and Competent Person reports.
- Ability to act as a Qualified Person for reporting under National Instrument for a range of commodities.
- Business development is an important attribute, membership in professional and mining industry associations is expected.
- Available for shortterm travel, extended periods are not the norm but may be required on occasion.
Qualifications required:
- A degree in geology with more than 15 years of practical experience relevant to the responsibilities listed above.
- Applicant must have established the right to work in Canada.
_Any of the following will be considered favourably: _
- Post graduate qualifications in Geostatistics
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience in Datamine Software
- Previous consulting experience
