    Accountabilities:
    Review insurance policy and coveragesInvestigate complex automobile claims (i


    e:
    impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liabilitySettle claims in accordance with organization's policies and practices.
    Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e.

    towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcementQualifications:
    Minimum high school education or equivalent- 5 years of customer service experiencePrevious auto adjuster experience preferredKnowledge in understanding and interpreting policiesCommitment to providing outstanding customer serviceProficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

    Bonus Qualifications:

    Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designationFluency in other languages, is a strong assetAllstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
