- Respond to ad hoc requests for information related to issues such as business planning, dashboard, metric creation and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring.
- Implement and maintain the information management requirement including monitoring usage and maintaining quality control/data integrity by relying on the expertise of others (including service advisors and business unit partners).
Qualifications
***- A completed 2 year diploma in Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field and at least 3 years of related experience; OR
- A degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field and at least 1 year of related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI will be considered assets.
- Experience generating reports using Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and Structured Query language (SQL) will also be an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in business analytics, statistical analytics, performance metrics, data visualization and a familiarity with data science concepts will be an asset.

- Advanced communication skills to translate business requirements into technical requirements and present complex information.
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to creatively problem solve and proactively identify solutions to address changing business needs.
