About the job

➙ The RPEM team is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven individual to join Project Delivery & Capital Management.
The individual will be responsible for the capital management and initiatives, including investment planning and analysis.


Work environment:

HOW DO WE WORK?
The Department has transitioned to a hybrid workplace requiring employees to work 2 days in the office per week.

This hybrid work arrangement will maintain the flexibility and productivity gained through remote work, while maintaining our culture and making the most of the benefits of working together in the office.


Intent of the process:


  • The immediate need is to staff one EC04 position.
**This pool MAY also be shared with other organizations within the core public administration to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level to their respective organizations.

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in economics, sociology or statistics.

EXPERIENCE
Experience in collecting, analyzing and interpreting socio-economic, economic or financial information and identifying solutions.
Experience in reviewing various documents and drafting recommendations to stakeholders on projects or initiatives.
Experience with project monitoring and/or financial management.

Experience in developing, research and analysis of real property related projects or programs.

Experience in providing functional advice and guidance on real property matters.
Experience in using advanced office technology. such as but not limited to using and creating dashboards, pivot tables.
