Description

We are a busy, well-established administrative law firm dealing exclusively with WorkSafeBC (WCB) claims and appeals, based in Surrey's thriving Health & Technology Hub.

Duties will also include reviewing WorkSafeBC disclosure files, drafting research memos, and conducting client file reviews.

The articling student will be trained in ethics, practice management, and lawyering skills (including research, writing, drafting, advocacy, interviewing, and problem solving) as required by the Law Society of British Columbia's Articling Skills and Practice Checklist.
