Description

We're seeking a talented IT Project Coordinator to support our internal Cloud, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Service and Operational teams at Pollard Digital Solutions.

The IT Project Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Technology Services.


What You'll Do

  • Coordinate project activities and schedules, and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to project stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensuring followup on action items.
  • Manage project documentation and ensuring it is uptodate and accessible to all relevant parties.
  • Support project managers and other stakeholders as needed.

  • A good listener who possesses excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively work with the team, senior management, and customers.
  • An organized, processoriented, selfmotivated individual who can complete highpriority tasks and deliver projects on time. And a quick learner who can adapt to changing product needs.
  • Someone with a passion for driving work from fruition to success.

What You'll Need

  • 12 years of experience in coordinating projects in a technology environment.
  • General understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of networking and infrastructure technologies.
  • Project coordination and/or scrum experience.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the business and foster team building environment.
  • Organized, with an ability to handle multiple issues/projects at any one time.
  • Able to work with ticketing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
