We currently have a
Regular Full Time opportunity for a
Talent Management Associate in the
Human Resources - Recruitment department at
the Bayview Campus.

Hours of Work:
Days; 8 hrs; Flexibility required

What will you be doing?

Assist in the Talent Management Advisors and Specialists with talent attraction initiatives, industry events, career fairs and outreach opportunities
Have good knowledge of various Collective Bargaining Agreements and ensure compliance during the recruitment process
Provide administrative support to strategic recruitment initiatives and projects
Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources or other relevant field
6 months to 1 year experience with fullcycle recruitment
HR experience within the healthcare sector an asset
Experience working in a multiunionized environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to adapt in changing environments, adjust to fluctuating workload, recognize exceptions and errors
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills (HRIS, Outlook, Microsoft Office, ATS)
The ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization
A collaborative approach a strong team player
