We currently have a
Regular Full Time opportunity for a
Talent Management Associate in the
Human Resources - Recruitment department at
the Bayview Campus.


Hours of Work:
Days; 8 hrs; Flexibility required

What will you be doing?

  • Assist in the Talent Management Advisors and Specialists with talent attraction initiatives, industry events, career fairs and outreach opportunities
  • Have good knowledge of various Collective Bargaining Agreements and ensure compliance during the recruitment process
  • Provide administrative support to strategic recruitment initiatives and projects
  • Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?

  • Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources or other relevant field
  • 6 months to 1 year experience with fullcycle recruitment
  • HR experience within the healthcare sector an asset
  • Experience working in a multiunionized environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in changing environments, adjust to fluctuating workload, recognize exceptions and errors
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills (HRIS, Outlook, Microsoft Office, ATS)
  • The ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization
  • A collaborative approach a strong team player
