    Job Duties:

    Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures, consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, prescribe and administer medications and treatments, provide pre-natal and post-natal care, advise patients on health care, report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to government authorities, communicate health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention to patients, Perform patient advocacy role, provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues, provide emergency care, participate on institutional committees.

    Relocation Package

    $15,000 for 3 years return for service and willing to relocate to Hudson Bay.

    Job Qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken English Language.
  • Must be eligible for licensure with the .
  • A degree in medicine and a completed Family Medicine Residency Training Program.
  • Current coverage.
  • A valid Saskatchewan driver's license.
  • Criminal Record Check.
  • No experience required, but considered an asset.
