Description:

You will be part of the Future Friendly Technology Services (FFTS) Strategy Management & Operations team, responsible for planning and driving multiple initiatives in the areas of strategy development, operations enablement, and special projects.

As a Technology and Business Consultant, you will be primarily tasked with planning and driving multiple strategic initiatives in the areas of operational excellence, operational readiness, and technology roadmaps.

Positively impacting both TELUS employee engagement and our customers' consumption of TELUS' home solutions.

This position will start in September 2023 for 4 months and will be work from home.


Qualifications:


Planning and management of multiple cross-functional medium to large projects

  • Tracking and measurement of program performance and creation of dashboards to support major initiatives
  • Managing executive level communications & stakeholders
  • Relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Managing and resolving obstacles and conflicts
  • Consulting/analysis
  • Process improvement

What you bring to the role (required skills):

  • Strong understanding in Operational Readiness and Process improvement
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to transform complex technical information into clear and compelling strategies
  • Ability to manage varying volumes and priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Takes initiative and proactively supports team goals
  • Relationship management with highly effective interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to adapt to different areas of technical expertise with a focus on bringing teams together into an aligned operations model
  • Noted for your advanced analytical, problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, and innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of IT concepts, issues, practices, methodologies, and trends
