Job Description
Location:

Purpose:
This individual has ownership of the executional supply chain relationship with key customers. The role is accountable for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key customer(s) and leading the day-to-day supply interactions.
The mandate of the individual will be to ensure both service and On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery targets are met and support Canadian Sales team to achieve company sales and profit objectives.
Finally, this individual will be responsible for score carding and providing root cause and corrective action in regards any fulfillment challenges faced.
(Principal Responsibilities:Other duties may be assigned)
Ownership of all Supply Chain execution, in coordination with the functional supply chain department leads across Hain Celestial.
Own relationship with supply chain buyers at several customers, as it pertains to order fulfillment process.
Monitor and mitigate risk of execution against key promotional activity with customer.
Review and engagement in issue resolution to fulfill Canadian orders and deliveries.
Weekly monitoring, review, and assessment of forecasts vs. orders, supply levels, supply positioning and production planning to meet future Canadian orders.
Lead weekly scrum with stakeholders to measure performance on agreed to KPI's.
Weekly review of Canadian inventory levels (aging and constrained) to eliminate OCD by working closely with sales and customers to move all stock prior to distressed sales.
Review performance and profitability of Canadian distribution network and customer mix and lead changes to improve efficiency, lower cost or drive improved performance.
Assess and report on the impact to Hain Celestial of any customer policy regarding supplier performance levels, particularly as it relates to compliance programs.
Investigate and resolve penalties related to overages, paperwork, non-compliance, and late deliveries.Accountabilities:
Own both the external customer and internal sales team relationships by being the primary point of contact for short term elevation or executional inquiries.
Works closely with with the Demand Planning team to review order vs forecast variance including closely monitoring draws against new launches.
Closely monitors KPI's and trends to put root cause and corrective action in place to ensure flawless execution.Works with transportation team to measure and discuss actions ensure that transportation carriers exceed target expectations.
Ensure supply planners are knowledgeable of Canadian business and helps with setting appropriate inventory targets and replenishment frequency.
Identify and mitigate possible supply constraints directly with supply planners.
Ensure effective and timely communication of supply concerns or opportunities with all stakeholders.
Collaborates with Sales, Supply Planning & Specialty Sales to proactively mitigate Distressed Sales.
Be informed of customs compliances processes and engage when required.
Support the introduction of innovation by reviewing product logistics specifications and ensuring product design meets logistics requirements for storage and delivery to customer expectations.
Primary Interaction:
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and implement solutions - cross functional teams include Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Transportation, Planning and Customer Supply Chain.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or other technical degree is required,
3-5 years of demand forecasting, inventory planning and order management experience.
Previous experience negotiating and collaborating with the manager level at the customer.
Exceptional ability to provide decisive leadership while influencing others.
Strong strategic planning and tactical decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet constant deadline with strong attention to detail and quality control.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Ability to work well cross-functionally to deliver results.
Self-motivated with ability to plan and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
Able to adapt and work in a continuously changing environment.
Computer literacy, with an advanced understanding of Excel and MS Office.
Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Adage preferred (or the ability to learn).
Compensation and Benefits:
$56,000 - $70,000 / year (commensurate with experience and location).
