We are looking for a manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales Department Operations, who understands and can execute our high standard of client care excellence.

THE POSITION

  • Execute the marketing and operating plan for the Powersports Sales division in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective processes and procedures for the Sales department to ensure department assets are utilized in an effective manner.
  • Maintain a complete goods pricing strategy to achieve budgeted sales, market share and financial objectives. Exercise disciplined expense control and stay on top of profitability and asset utilization ratios.
  • Develop effective sales practices to ensure that all inventory moves on a profitable and timely basis.
  • Develop and maintain an effective sales management processes to ensure that the sales force does an effective job in dealing with our customer base. Practices include customer profiling and classification, call scheduling and target marketing.
  • Develop and implement practices that provide for an above average customer satisfaction for both new and used sales.
  • Effectively manage and develop the sales team through effective performance management processes done on an annual basis.
  • Review monthly performance of the department with the sales team including a review of Key Success factors.
  • Assist sales team members in closing deals while maintaining governance margins.
  • Having a solid current up to date market sense for used Powersports product valuations. This knowledge is also to be shared with the other stores as requested.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years management experience in Sales Department operations.
  • Ability to use and understand standard Salesforce CRM functions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively oneonone and within a group.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles relative to Sales department operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Familiar with MMS OEM Powersports brands, competitive products with a basic knowledge of the Powersports industry.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
  • Excellent negotiation/conflict resolution skills.
  • Solid coaching and employee development skills.
