Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate order status and tracking information to customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to address customer requests and resolve issues.
- Work with the quality control team to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Actively manage quarantine tracking and resolution, for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete transactions in client inventory management system as requested.
- Confirm documentation provided by the Business and perform system receipt of material which physically bypasses Bluewater representatives.
- Maintain diligent understanding of the warehouse processes, such as receiving, returns, and goods issue, to ensure comprehensive investigation of concerns.
- Provide training and support, as well as investigation, in response to daily Ad Hoc requests from coworkers.
- Drive and maintain communication with other Customer Service representatives
- Provide reports data as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- Responsible and works well with others and independently
- Excels under high pressure situations
- Proven strong communication and personable nature
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
- SAP/equivalent inventory management program an asset
- Valid driver's license.
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Knowledge of mining and/or oil sector related parts considered an asset
- Parts Technician Red Seal considered an asset
Working Conditions:
Be comfortable working around heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Aspects of the role will require one to stand for extended periods of time, constantly lifting/picking/moving moderate to heavy materials, completing repetitive tasks with mínimal breaks.

Salary:
$27.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
