Role summary


Reporting to the Manager, Healthcare Professionals experience, your mission will be to actively assist the administration and coordination of our national recruitment for healthcare professionals.


Main responsibilities

  • Assists with national full recruitment cycle
  • Create personalized and strategic advertisements and communicate on appropriate communication channels
  • Actively support the implementation of technologies to the organization's infrastructure (HRIS, ATS, CRM)
  • Ensure proper operations of new projects and recruiting/onboarding initiatives
  • Identify & support process improvement opportunities within the talent function
  • Generate reports to measure effectiveness of infrastructure, processes, individual responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple agendas to ensure team alignment
  • Prepare new members onboarding support
  • Performs internal customer service functions by being a resources for regional coaches, practice coaches and lead optometrists

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both official languages is required for this position
  • Postsecondary degree in human resources, business or administration (or close to completion). This is an excellent opportunity for a new grad looking to start a career and gain more experience in in recruiting and/or human resources
  • Relative experience of administration in a fastpaced growth organization
  • Proven ability to plan, organize and manage work with mínimal supervision
  • Demonstrated respect for the confidentiality of employee information
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with all levels and department throughout the organization
  • Prior working experience with UKG HRIS will be considered an asset
