We are seeking a Supervisor Utility Services to join our Enbridge team.

What You Will Do:
- Manage and coordinate the execution of training programs with the training team, collaborate with Operations to assess, and plan for delivery of short term and longterm training needs.
- Leadership for program development and support for the integration of field related training programs.
- Collaborate with the business to update the Technical Skills Learning Paths (TSLP) annually.
- Plan and implement training based on the identified competency gaps in the Technical Skills Refresher Program (TSRP)
- Oversee the maintenance and day to day operation of the Technical Training facility.
- Responsible for project management and delivery for specific project activities as assigned to improve organizational efficiencies.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 7 years of field operating experience in Operations with broad technical knowledge. A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Experience in leading a team and someone who expects a great training experience, develops, mentors and coaches' others
- Understanding of training concepts, adult education processes as a learning professional in training and development
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in interpersonal development, change management leadership, organizational and group dynamics, organization design and learning and development
