Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Being accountable to key financial metrics relative to kitchen operations (labour, food cost, inventory management)
- Training and development of BOH team members
- Taking ownership of FOH/BOH staff food knowledge and education
- Daily management of food preparation & execution
- Food Safe certification
- The ability to work under a high pressure environment
- Minimum 1 year management experience working in a fast paced restaurant or pub
- Passion for food
- Attention to detail
- High proficiency in multitasking, organizational and communication skills
Other responsibilities:
- Purchasing and receiving
- Scheduling
- Troubleshooting facility maintenance
Salary:
$60,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
