GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Reporting to the PlantSupervisor,the General Laborer is responsible forperforming a variety of tasks that assistin the further processing of quality products to meet Company and Customer standards.

Position worksin a fast paced, production line styleenvironment,doing repetitive work.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountable to accurately and efficiently perform dutiesto further process quality productsfor delivery to customers.
Accountable to adhere to and utilizeCompany policies and procedures,andHACCP regulations.
Debox, organize, monitor, record and allocateoutmaterials to ensure proper substitution sequence is being followed
Accountable to ensure a safe work environment for coworkers, customers, and visitors.
Responsible for accurateand timelydocumentation, as required.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Attention to detail in a fast pacedenvironment.
Experience in food production is an asset.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Effort - Continuously standing or walking. Regular requirement to lift, handle or carry material or equipment of a moderate weight.
