We are looking for an Analyst, Information Management

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in:
- Coordinating programs and activities in the fields of information management (IM) and/or archives and/or corporate records, including the supervision of interns and/or external suppliers working on various projects related to the position;
- Managing, planning, organizing, and evaluating priority tasks in a project
- Drafting and managing procedures, standards, and/or external service contracts.
Knowledge of:
- Preparation and presentation of reports, information (IM) and corporate documentation and records, specifically archives, corporate records management, digitization and digital preservation;
- Official laws and standards related to privacy, access to information, copyright, ADP/MIDA, and other property;
- Preparation and presentation of reports, conferences and seminars related to information management and/or corporate documents;
- Computerized tools and systems for managing and documenting archives, corporate records management and digital collection management;
- Project management tools and techniques
- Understanding of consultation methods and sensitivities/priorities of target groups (Indigenous people, minorities, etc.)
Assets:
Knowledge in the fields of material culture, anthropology, ethnology, archaeology, history, museology, and the arts Information technology of Indigenous relations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in archival studies or information science or other acceptable combination of education and experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, if applicable.
Compensation:
$62,989 to $ 77,955 (E5)
Status:
Temporary Full-Time Position (# with possibility to extend
