Duties include but not limited to: Serving meals, Setting tables, Clearing tables, Cleaning dishes, laundry/waste removal, frequent cleaning and sanitizing
Must be able to read, write and accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
Must demonstrate proper food preparation and presentation for a variety of cultural preferences.
Must be knowledgeable about the Long Term Care Act
Must be knowledgeable of special, therapeutic, and texture modified diets
Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy, hot items and stand for majority of shift.
Must be able to work accurately, quickly, and safely.
Must be an effective team player that works well with others.
Must be able to work and communicate effectively with longterm care residents.

Job Duties will include:

Setting tables, serving meals, cleaning dishes, sweep and mop.
Follow MOHLTC (Ministry of Health and Long Term Care Guide lines)
Complete work instructed by manager

Training will be provided.

Every other weekend off

Variety of 3 hour shifts - 3:45 PM - 6:45 PM and _occasionally _7-hours shifts - 630am-2pm on weekends

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 15 per week

From $17.49 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and visitors are required to have a Rapid Covid Test upon entry and taken at the home. Frequent sanitation of all high touch surface areas completed throughout the day. Masks are mandatory as is triple vaccination.
