Information:

Customer service experience & management

Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for executing and managing all functions of the lounge.
Maintain accurate weekly inventory of alcohol and other food items as required.
Ensure that appropriate quality standards and practices are in place.
Responsible for addressing customer concerns and questions in a timely an professional
Assists with scheduling as required.
Conduct team meetings to update, educate and engage associates.

Here's how we'll know you'll be successful in the role:

Minimum of 1 year work experience in the hospitality industry in a supervisory/management role.
Front and back of house experience.
Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to use restaurant management software.
Strong leadership skills.
Decisive and critical thinker, problem solver.
