Description

The replenishment coordinator acts as a liaison between Replenishment, Distribution Centers (DCs) and Transportation to support tasks such as following up on orders into DCs, prioritizing shipments, generating data and reports, processing new store orders, and tracking import orders.

This role also supports the replenishment department with any ad-hoc duties assigned, and reports to the Director of Replenishment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safety
  • Operate in a way that builds trust with our customers, pets, and ACEs.Prioritizing inbound orders to ensure DC operations are not negatively impacted

Compassion
  • Communicate and act from the heart with genuine care and courtesy.Liaison between Replenishment Analyst and DCs and Transportation through providing order updates, following up with vendors, coordinating and distributing Buyer's Push (BP) files, ensuring that expiry product is managed, and tracking and managing import orders.
Create new store initial orders and reach out to Category Management (CM) team if there are gaps in assortment due to DC out of stocks
Manage and coordinate all store communication

Expertise
  • Provide knowledge in an understanding and informative way.Responsible for creating and distributing team reports customer fill, outstanding orders, shorts, DC inventory, and replenishment variance file
Root Cause analysis on shorts
Daily review of lifecycles, and ensuring that ROS status (run out stock) items are turned to discontinued status (DISC) when DC's are Out of Stock

  • Use time and resources responsibly.Prioritizing inbound orders while liaising between stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications _(List minimum required to enter the role.)_

  • High school diploma or general education degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant work experience required
