Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Ensure that all staff are trained in customer service and proper handling of food and beverages.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (preferred)
