Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
  • Ensure that all staff are trained in customer service and proper handling of food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Smart Serve (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (preferred)
