Primary Responsibilities:

Assess the condition and quality of software builds, bug fixes and interim releases
Clearly document, communicate and escalate all risks and issues
Write clear defect reports for identified software and functional defects based on testing results
Work quickly and thoroughly in a fastpaced environment to achieve timeliness and objectives
Help guide teams to deliver high quality products to our customers
Work closely with internal teams to communicate complex issues and ensure a good understanding of the software
Continuous education in professional development and product training

Requirements:

Fluent in French and English
College diploma or University degree in IT/Business field preferred
Ability to travel to the United States for additional companypaid training, if offered
Accounting and payroll experience preferred
Experience with software testing preferred
Ability to think critically, problem solve and take initiative
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Education:

College diploma or University degree in IT/Business field preferred

Working Conditions:

Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer is a requirement of the job % of the time
