Responsibilities:


  • Verification and coding of all vendor invoices and collating with P/O's
  • Process cheque requisitions
  • Process Utility Bills
  • Respond to vendor queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained prior to recording and payment of invoices
  • Preparing biweekly cheque packages, match to backup and prepare cheques for signing
  • Maintaining master vendor accounts
  • Assist in month end closing to ensure all invoices are entered
  • Assist our full time accounts payable administrator
  • AP & AR Filing
  • Additional duties as assigned

To succeed in this role you have:

  • Understanding of general accounting principles
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and is adept at setting priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • High level of integrity and excellent work ethic
  • 12 years experience in property/accounts payable administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Schedule:
Tuesday to Thursday - 9am - 5pm

$22/hour
